RECRUITER (Director-in-Training)
You'll choose your own schedule, yet most of our Recruiters log from 5 to 20 hours a week or more, by screening and hiring individuals in-person and online to work with us.
Depending on your existing skills, and your speed of successful execution of your role, an average performer can make within their first 12 months from:
$25,000 to $105,000 (not including stock options)
If you're a top performer, you can double, quadruple, or achieve 10x or more of those figures.

You'll complete a field test which begins to prepare you for your role. On top of other incentives, for every minute you work with us you'll earn from our pre-IPO partner organization GS Partners Inc (VOWAS) and applicable revenue shares, overrides, commissions, and/or bonuses (https://www.stritus.online/commissions).
Compensation offers for your role may include:
A successful Recruiter Director-in-Training, after their first four weeks has the opportunity to advance into a district Vice President of Recruiters role which includes commission overrides on others in your Division.
With good performance (at least an 80% Performance or Effective Rating) through your first twelve weeks, you have the opportunity to progress to a representative level stock earning role which includes larger stock options.
Successful Recruiters (recruiters with at least one contractor who has an ACES organization approved, VOWAS individual approved, or Syndicate Member approved) also provided with a fund for career candidate leads.

- cash stipend of $200/week up to $400/week depending on your screening performance
- base stock stipend of fifteen (15) shares of stock ($300/hour*) per each hour worked
- weekly override commissions on each Field Agent's production in your Division, from an average range of $1,184 weekly (5 division members) up to $35,544 weekly (150 division members) or more as your division grows
- weekly override commissions on each Analyst's production in your Division, from an average range of $161 weekly (5 division members) up to $4,826 weekly (150 division members) or more as your division grows
- opportunities for leadership and/or profit sharing opportunities if you advance yourself quickly

- Part time to full time - choose your own schedule (evenings, weekends, and/or normal business hours)
Requirements and preferences:
- Two years of Management experience preferred
- One year of recruiting experience required
- The following level of education preferred: BS or BA
- Two smart devices (a phone, tablet, and/or laptop) with a high speed (2MBPS upload and download) mobile data plan required
- Must speak English fluently
- Must hold a valid US Driver's License
- Must be authorized to work in the US (a citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa or free trade visa)
