Onboarding role: 
District Vice President level: starts at a 3.0 star level commissions and overrides. 
Assistant District Vice President level: starts at a 2.5 star level commissions and overrides. ​
Education Director: starts at a 2.0 star level commissions and overrides.
Division Manager-in-Training level: starts at a 1.5 star level commissions and overrides.

Fast promotions:
Fast promotions are determined based on a new team member's performance during screening and onboarding, and are awarded per the District Vice President's or Education Director's recommendation. Fast Promotions are applicable as approved per District, up to district caps and/or team caps. If awarded a Fast Promotion a team member can be advanced into a higher level role.

Education Directors and Specialists
Depending your individual performance tier immediately below, individual commission is paid at a rate of up to the percentage qualified:

Field Agent
Depending the Field Agent's individual performance tier immediately below, individual commission is paid at a rate of up to the percentage qualified:
Once you achieve a higher star rating you maintain it the whole fiscal quarter* as long as minimal performance goals and minimal production goals are maintained for that star level's classification**.

*Quarter 1: Jan, Feb Mar; Quarter 2: Arp, May, Jun; Quarter 3: Jul, Aug, Sep; Quarter 4: Oct, Nov, Dec.

** To maintain achieved performance tier for the following quarter, all agents must have an average PER (Performance or Effective Rating) of 80% or higher and the following number of ACES clients processed and approved by VOWAS in the current quarter: 5 stars must have 5 clients, 4 stars must have 4, 3 stars must have 3, 2 stars must have 2, 1 stars must have 1.
Section B Commission
​If your VOWAS applicant levels up or enrolls as a Section B and inserts your organizational email address on the transaction page, you are awarded commissions as per your Goodstars nonprofit commission schedule (shown at the bottom of this page).
Field Agent / Senior Director
As an option for supplemental income, Field Agents qualify to get paid revenue share commissions on all candidates you refer to work with us whom enrolls ACES organizations for VOWAS. As soon as you've achieved three organizations who are processed and approved by VOWAS as ACES organizations, you've earned the option to work as Senior Director. If you opt to work in a Senior Director level role, you qualify to immediately begin being paid a revenue share on all Field Service Agents who have completed their Fast Track with you, and you begin overseeing your Field Agent's ACES approval process (Senior Director). If your Agent is not yet a Senior Director, and they also onboard a new Field Agent, you also Direct that new Field Agent and receive a revenue share commission on that new Field Agent. As a Senior Director, your individual revenue share commission is paid at a rate of up to 10% of the organizations ACES level, depending on your individual performance tier, and on the organization's ACES level. 

Example: 
You've worked as a Field Agent for four weeks and you've had three ACES organizations processed and approved by VOWAS. You've personally recruited five other Field Agents who have worked with another Senior Director in the interim, and all five have had at least one organization approved by VOWAS. You now opt to work in a Senior Director level role Supervising Field Agents, and you are eligible to receive revenue share commission as a Senior Director who is now supervising your agent's ACES meetings. You now work as Senior Director over those five agents and other new agents you've recruited. You also work as Senior Director over any new agents your agents are recruiting. 

Field Agent Senior Director INDIVIDUAL REVENUE SHARE TIERS:
5 star: 5% commission  (star level reached when your 10th Field Agent's ACES 1st client is approved)
4 star:   4% commission  (star level reached when your 8th Field Agent's ACES 1st client is approved)
3 star:   3% commission  (star level reached when your 6th Field Agent's ACES 1st client is approved)
2 star:   2% commission (star level reached when your 4th Field Agent's ACES 1st client is approved)
1 star:   1% commission (star level reached when your 2nd Field Agent's ACES 1st client is approved)
0 star:   0.5% commission NEW FIELD AGENT (DIRECTOR-IN-TRAINING) revenue share

Once you achieve a higher star rating you maintain it the whole fiscal quarter* as long as minimal performance goals and minimal production goals are maintained for that star level's classification**.

*Quarter 1: Jan, Feb Mar; Quarter 2: Arp, May, Jun; Quarter 3: Jul, Aug, Sep; Quarter 4: Oct, Nov, Dec.

** To maintain achieved performance tier for the following quarter, a Director must have an average PER (Performance or Effective Rating) of 80% or higher and the following number of new Field Agents with a 1st client accepted in the current quarter: 5 stars must have 10 new agents, 4 stars must have 8, 3 stars must have 6, 2 stars must have 4, 1 stars must have 2.

Recruiter
Recruiters qualify for overrides paid at a rate of up to 5% of their Recruit's VOWAS enrollment and/or ACES enrollment, depending on your individual Recruiter Revenue share tier.

Recruiters also qualify for commissions on all Recruits they Fast Track into our organization, depending on your individual Recruiter Revenue share tier.

RECRUITER REVENUE SHARE TIERS:
5 star: 5% commission (star level reached when at least 10 Analysts, 8 Field Agents, and 5 Business Consultants started onboarding, your 5th Field Agent's ACES 1st client approved, and your 4th Analyst's VOWAS 1st client approved)

4 star: 4.5% commission (star level reached when at least 8 Analysts, 6 Field Agents, and 4 Business Consultants started onboarding, your 4th Field Agent's ACES 1st client approved, and your 3rd Analyst's VOWAS 1st client approved)

3 star: 4% commission (star level reached when at least 6 Analysts, 4 Field Agents, and 3 Business Consultants started onboarding, your 3rd Field Agent's ACES 1st client approved, and your 2nd Analyst's VOWAS 1st client approved)

2 star: 3.5% commission (star level reached when at least 4 Analysts, 2 Field Agents, and 2 Business Consultants started onboarding, your 2nd Field Agent's ACES 1st client approved, and your 1st Analyst's VOWAS 1st client approved)

1 star: 3% commission (star level reached when at least 2 Analysts, 1 Field Agents, and 1 Business Consultants started onboarding, and your 1st Field Agent's ACES 1st client  approved or your 1st Analyst's VOWAS 1st client approved)

0 star: 2.5% commission NEW RECRUITER revenue share

If your performance elevates you to a Recruiting Senior Director role, you also qualify be paid an override up to 2.5% on all Recruiters who have completed their Fast Track with you, and you begin overseeing your Recruiters. If your Recruiter is not yet a Recruiting Senior Director, and they recruit a new Recruiter, you also Direct that new Recruiter and receive a revenue share override on that new Recruiter. 

Business Consultant
​A Business Consultant qualifies for commissions in multiple ways:
  1. First Meeting: observe data from the organization and complete an intake interview in order to begin to assist in the Systems and Innovations Readiness (SIR) phase of the organization's VOWAS program. Commission is paid at a rate of up to 2% of the organizations ACES level, depending on the below individual tier, and on the organization's ACES level.
  2. Systems and Innovations Readiness (SIR) Meeting: after an organization is VOWAS approved, analysts assist in the Systems and Innovations Readiness (SIR) phase of the organization's VOWAS program. Commission is paid at a rate of up to 5% of the organizations ACES level, depending on the below individual tier, and on the organization's ACES level.

For organizations with up to 25 workforce members, a First Meeting is accomplished in 15-minutes, and the Systems and Innovations Readiness (SIR) meeting is accomplished in either one 45-minute meeting or over a series of three 15-minute meetings.

For each additional 25 workforce members, 15-minutes of service time is added to the SIR meeting. 

INDIVIDUAL COMMISSION TIERS for First Meetings:
5 star: 2% commission (star level reached when you and your Field Agent's 4th client is VOWAS approved)
4 star: 1.75% commission (star level reached when you and your Field Agent's 3rd client is VOWAS approved)
3 star: 1.5% commission (star level reached when you and your Field Agent's 2nd client is VOWAS approved)
2 star: 1.25% commission (star level reached when you and your Field Agent's 1st client is VOWAS approved)
1 star: 1.0% commission (NEW CONSULTANT)

INDIVIDUAL COMMISSION TIERS for SIR Meetings:

5 star: 5% commission (star level reached your 8th client is VOWAS accredited)
4 star: 4% commission (star level reached your 6th client is VOWAS accredited)
3 star: 3% commission (star level reached your 4th client is VOWAS accredited)
2 star: 2% commission (star level reached your 2nd client is VOWAS accredited)
1 star: 1% commission (NEW CONSULTANT)

Section B Commission

Business Consultant Senior Director
Business Consultant Senior Directors qualify for up to 5% revenue share commissions on all Business Consultants you refer to work with us whom complete First Meetings, and SIR meetings.

As soon as you and your Field Agent have achieved three organizations who are ACES processed and VOWAS approved, you've earned the option to work as a Directing Business Consultant.

If you opt to work in a Directing Business Consultant level role, you qualify to immediately begin being paid a revenue share override on all Business Consultants who have completed their Onboarding with you, and you begin overseeing your Business Consultant. If your Business Consultant is not yet a Directing Business Consultant, and they recruit a new Business Consultant, you also help Direct that new Business Consultant and receive a revenue share commission on that new Business Consultant. As a Directing Business Consultant, your individual revenue share commission is paid at a rate of up to of the organization's ACES level: up to 1% for the First Meeting and if approved up to 4% for the SIR meeting depending on your individual performance tier.

5 star:  1% commission  (star level reached when your 10th Field Agent's 1st client is VOWAS approved)
4 star:   0.80% commission  (star level reached when your 8th Field Agent's 1st client is VOWAS approved)
3 star:   0.60% commission  (star level reached when your 6th Field Agent's 1st client is VOWAS approved)
2 star:   0.40% commission (star level reached when your 4th Field Agent's 1st client is VOWAS approved)
1 star:   0.20% commission (star level reached when your 2nd Field Agent's 1st client is VOWAS approved)
0 star:   0.10% commission NEW DIRECTING Business Consultant revenue share

5 star:  4% commission  (star level reached when your 10th client is VOWAS accredited)

Section B commissions
As you complete onboarding, you'll learn why Organizations, Heads of Households, and Individual members want to qualify at their highest Section B level (also known as VOWAS score) as soon as possible.
Career referral bonuses
All active team members in good status and who are logging their work minutes in their Depat.org account qualify to receive 250 shares of pre-IPO stock in VOWAS on each new team member who has Onboarded directly from their solo referral.
